Filter by area

Move a candidate to another stage

Candidates

Open Candidates and find the person, using search or the status filter.
Select their row to open the detail panel.
Choose the new stage from the stage control. The change is recorded immediately — there is no separate save.
In board view you can also move a candidate with the keyboard: focus their card, press Space to pick it up, use the arrow keys to choose a column, then press Space again to drop it.

Create a job and open it for applications

Jobs

Open Jobs and select Create job.
Fill in the title, location and employment type. Every required field is marked; the form will tell you what is missing rather than failing silently.
Save as a draft to keep working on it, or publish to make it live on the career site.

Schedule an interview

Interviews

Open Interviews and select Schedule interview.
Pick the candidate, the interviewers and the type — video, phone or on-site.
Choose a date and time. Weeks start on Monday and times are shown in your local time zone.
Save. The candidate and the interviewers each get a confirmation in the demo's activity feed.

A list is empty and you expected results

All lists

Check whether a filter is still applied — filters persist while you move between views.
Every empty list offers a Clear filters action; using it restores the full set.
Search matches names and titles, not free-text notes.

Export a report

Reports

Open Reports and choose the report you want.
Set the date range. Ranges are inclusive of both end dates.
Select Export. The file downloads as CSV with one row per record.

Change how the interface looks and behaves

Accessibility

Open the accessibility settings from the toolbar.
Vision controls text size, spacing, contrast and colour filters. Motion controls animation. Cognitive controls notifications and interruptions.
Turn on 'Keep notifications until dismissed' if messages disappear before you have finished reading them.
Turn on 'Suppress interruptions' to hide messages you did not ask for. Errors and warnings still appear.
Settings are saved in this browser and applied to every page.

Use the ATS with a keyboard only

Accessibility

Tab moves forward through controls, Shift+Tab moves back. The focused control always shows a visible ring.
Skip to content is the first stop on every page.
Within a group of related controls — a segmented control, a tab list, a board column — the arrow keys move between the options and Tab leaves the group.
Escape closes any dialog, menu or overlay and returns focus to whatever opened it.

Unfamiliar word?

Recruitment uses ordinary words in narrow senses — a “pipeline” is not a build pipeline and a “stage” is not a phase of a project. The glossary defines every such term used here.
